Cancellation:

 

Cancellation can’t be accepted after shipped and Cancelation only accepted within 12 hours after placing the order. Send us a cancellation mail to customerloftyjewels@gmail.com

Exchange and Refund:

 

All sales are final and no refund will be issued

 

Unfortunately, owing to the nature of our items, we cannot provide refunds, returns, or exchanges in all cases. All sales are final. Lofty Jewels maintains the right to deny all returns at any moment.

 

* Returns are permitted if the consumer receives the product in a damaged condition and reports it within 12 hours of receiving their order, provided that you have documentation of an unboxing video that clearly shows the damage in the product.

 

*If you are dislike with a product, you may return it to us and receive a refund. But Keep in Mind

  • Please notify us within 12 hours of receiving the product by sending an unboxing video to "loftyjewels@outlook.com",

 

  • Shipping expenses are deducted from the total price of your product.

 

  • Refunds may be denied if the Product is not in excellent condition or used.

 

You will receive a refund agent for your disliked product within 7 days after we received it.
