We will deliver your product within 5-7 working days after receiving your order. Once your order is dispatched, we will send you the order tracking details via email and WhatsApp so you can easily track your package.
The delivery timeline may vary depending on the destination and any special events or festivals in India. During peak seasons or holidays, delivery times may be longer than usual. We appreciate your understanding.
If you receive a product that is damaged, we accept returns only if you report the issue within 12 hours of receiving the product. To proceed with a return, you must provide documentation in the form of an unboxing video that clearly shows the damage to the product.
To report a damaged product, you must notify us within 12 hours of receiving your order by sending an unboxing video to customerloftyjewels@gmail.com. The video should clearly show the damage to the item.
Once we receive and verify the unboxing video, we will arrange for the pickup of the damaged product from your location.
Once we receive the damaged product, you will receive a refund within 7 days. The refund will be processed to your original payment method.
To cancel your order, please send an email to customerloftyjewels@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing the order. Be sure to include your order number and details in the email for quick processing.
The refund will be issued to the original payment method, and it may take a few business days to reflect in your account.
