  • Do we offer returns or exchanges for your products?
    All sales are final. Unfortunately, due to the nature of our jewelry items, we cannot accept returns, exchanges.
  • Why should I sign up for an account at Loft Jewels?
    Signing up for an account allows you to enjoy a personalized shopping experience! You can track your orders, save your favorite pieces, and manage your personal details like shipping addresses, payment details, Lofty events, etc.
  • Can you cancel my order?
    To cancel your order, please send an email to customerloftyjewels@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing the order. Be sure to include your order number and details in the email for quick processing. The refund will be issued to the original payment method, and it may take a few business days to reflect in your account.
  • Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
    Currently, we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option.
  • What payment methods are accepted ?
    All payments must be made online via secure payment methods during checkout, such as credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, or other digital wallets.
  • How do I create an account with Loft Jewels ?
    Simply click on the “Sign Up” button at the top right corner of our website. Enter your details, including your name, email address, and a secure password, and then click submit.
  • What is the delivery timeline of your order?
    We will deliver your product within 5-7 working days after receiving your order. Once your order is dispatched, we will send you the order tracking details via email and WhatsApp so you can easily track your package. The delivery timeline may vary depending on the destination and any special events or festivals in India. During peak seasons or holidays, delivery times may be longer than usual. We appreciate your understanding.
  • Do you offer free shipping ?
    Yes! We offer free shipping on orders above Rs 499. If your order is below Rs 499, a delivery charge will be applied at checkout, based on your location.
  • How to track your order ?
    Once your order is dispatched, we will send you tracking details via email and WhatsApp. You can use these details to track your order’s journey until it reaches you.
  • What if you receive a damaged product?
    If you receive a product that is damaged, we accept returns only if you report the issue within 12 hours of receiving the product. To proceed with a return, you must provide documentation in the form of an unboxing video that clearly shows the damage to the product. To report a damaged product, you must notify us within 12 hours of receiving your order by sending an unboxing video to customerloftyjewels@gmail.com. The video should clearly show the damage to the item. Once we receive and verify the unboxing video, we will arrange for the pickup of the damaged product from your location. Once we receive the damaged product, you will receive a refund within 7 days. The refund will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Is guest check out is available ?
    Yes, you can choose to check out as a guest without signing up for an account. However, by creating an account, you can track your orders, save your favorite pieces, and manage your details like shipping addresses, payment details, Lofty events, etc.
